A: The biggest difference we have from our competitors is the level of experience that our stylists have. Each stylist we hire is required to have a minimum of 3 years experience. With that being said most of our stylists have been in the industry for 6 years to over a decade. BDry stylists have to meet strict education standards in order to work here. To top it all off we allot more default time to our services. That means you and your stylist are given plenty of time to get you hair just right.

Q: Do I need to come with my hair already washed?
A: Yes! We offer the full range salon services such as balayage and precision cutting.
A: The amount of time your blowout takes depends on your hair length, density and texture. With that being said, a blowout is usually 45 minutes start to finish. If your hair is thick and typically takes a longer time, we ask that you make note of that when booking online or let our receptionist know when booking via phone.
A: All of our styles include a shampoo with our amazing array of shampoos and conditioners. However, you can always bump in up a notch and upgrade to a relaxing scalp-massage for $10.
Q: Do I have to pay extra for you to curl my hair after you blow?
A: Your blowout includes your shampoo, blow, and any heat-styling afterwards.
Q: Is it really better to have "dirty" hair when doing an up-do?
A: For up-dos we strongly recommend that you shampoo your hair the night before your service, not the day of. This gives your stylist more creative freedom and adds staying power to your style.
Q: Why do updos cost more than the blowout?
A: Up-dos take time and creativity; more time than your typical blowout. We have to allow your hair to take form organically, as well as anchor your style so it lasts. You and your hair deserve love and patience when creating these works of art.
OUR CANCELLATION, "NO SHOW," AND LATE POLICIES
Late cancellations and "No Show" appointments cost our talented staff money. Your appointment is held for you and only you; when you forget or cancel without giving adequate notice, or "No Show" your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Clients on our waiting lists also miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel your appointment less than 4 hours before its intended start time, or "No Show," BDry reserves the right to charge you for 50% of the value of your scheduled service.
Having said this, we do understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you cancel and/or reschedule your service with at least 6 hours of notice. Please call the salon directly at (917) 633-5712 to inform us of a change in your plans.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your actual booking time. Due to the high demand of our booking and scheduling commitments to other guests, we adhere to a 15 minute late policy. Please contact BDry if you foresee a late arrival. We may have to rescedule any appointment for which you are running 15 minutes late. BDry reserves the right to refuse service to a client who is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
